His professional journey spans over 22 years, characterized by a rich tapestry of experiences across various sectors including public, corporate, and non-governmental organizations such as the National Institute of Banking and Finance (State Bank of Pakistan), Islamic Relief Pakistan, United Nations Development Programs, DFID-funded TheNetwork for Consumer Protection, ECI Pvt. Ltd, Qarshi Industries Pvt. Ltd, and Hamdard University Karachi, Islamabad.

His expertise is underscored by certifications as a Supply Chain Management from the National Productivity Organization, Ministry of Industries and Productivity, Islamabad, Pakistan, and as a Certified Trainer in Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship from the National Institute of Banking & Finance, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Mr. Waqas has demonstrated proficiency in a myriad of areas including Financial Planning, Budgeting, Supply Chain Management, Administration, Security, and HR Management. His track record reflects successful implementation of intricate and dynamic operations, necessitating extensive supply chain and financial management prowess across Pakistan. He has played a pivotal role in strategic procurement and logistics planning, system enhancement, cost-effective control implementation, budget formulation, concept development, as well as warehouse and inventory management aimed at minimizing risks and enhancing efficiency. With his blend of expertise and empathy, Mr. Seydou embodies the epitome of compassionate leadership, inspiring those around him to strive for a more equitable and compassionate world.

Mr. Ali Guinguina

Mr. Ali Guinguina, an esteemed Togolese, brings a wealth of expertise and a diverse academic background to his role as General Treasurer. Armed with a bachelor’s degree of science with honors in engineering geology from the Faculty of Mining and Petroleum, coupled with a diploma in Arabic languages and Islamic studies, Mr. Guinguina is a multifaceted professional. His global outlook is further enriched by his participation in numerous conferences and leadership training sessions across Togo, South Africa, and Sudan. A dedicated member of CIASET since 2015, Mr. Guinguina’s commitment to humanitarian causes is evident through his volunteer work with charity organizations in South Africa and Sudan, solidifying his reputation as a renowned humanitarian aid worker from Togo.

Ms. Fathiyatou ILIASSOU

Ms Fathiyatou ILIASSOU holds a senior Secondary Baccalaureate in Literatures and has obtained a number of financial management certificates. Additionally, she is designated as an auditor with CIASET. With over 9 years of experience, Fathiyatou ILIASSOU has a rich background in trade and humanitarian work. She has served as a dedicated volunteer, focusing on capacity building within her community. Her primary goal has been to empower women in their entrepreneurial endeavors by providing training and support. Through peer and offline spaces, she works to enhance their skills in business creation, financial management including saving and investing money, and leveraging digital tools for business growth. Fathiyatou ILIASSOU is committed to strengthening women’s livelihoods within their communities and fostering sustainable economic empowerment.
